tl;dr
Upgrading servers to be more powerful for long-term growth.
Why?
Conditions are right for dedicated servers instead of VPS', allowing for improved performance and more control allowing for better system improvements in the future.
Expected Impact
There will be a brief outage of 30-60 minutes (a little longer for mail, but websites will be shorter downtime).
